Leadership
Col. (Res.) Yossi Lahmany is the Owner and Chairman of Fortify Solutions. He brings more than three decades of senior leadership experience across defense, national security, infrastructure, logistics and corporate governance. During his military service, he served as Military Secretary to several Israeli Ministers of Defense, commanded operational units, and held senior positions within the IDF Intelligence Directorate. His career included close coordination with Israel's defense and intelligence organizations, government authorities and international counterparts. At Fortify Solutions, he provides strategic leadership for international business development, market entry and complex projects across Morocco, Africa and other international markets.
Jonathan Sabag is the Chief Executive Officer of Fortify Solutions, where he leads international business development, market-entry strategies and complex projects across the defense, energy, infrastructure, agriculture and trade sectors, with a particular focus on Morocco, Africa and Latin America. He brings more than two decades of experience across business, government, national security, strategic communications and international relations. His previous roles include serving as a senior adviser to two Israeli Ministers of Transportation, holding a senior position at the Israel Ports Company, directing Israel affairs for a Washington-based Jewish-American research institute, and spending three years advising the President and Government of Paraguay on public administration, government reform and international investment. He currently serves as a reserve officer in the IDF Spokesperson's Unit. Jonathan is a board member of the Tisch Family Biblical Zoo in Jerusalem and chairs the Board's Human Resources Committee. He holds an Executive Master's degree in Public Administration and a BA in Government, Strategy and Diplomacy, both awarded cum laude. He is also a certified mediator and arbitrator.
